Creative biography MARIA MARCHENKO

Maria Marchenko was born 30 Aug 1989. Graduated from the Kiev Glier Institute in 2007 and 2014 from Kiev Musical Academy named after P.I. Tchaikovsky, 2017 – PhD.

Maria Marchenko is the vocalist of the several ensembles: AARO, The Heavenly River, Atmawinds. Having been professionally engaged in vocals for many years, as well as practicing yoga since the age of five, Maria created her own author’s method of revealing a natural voice and harmonizing the internal state – vocal yoga. With this method, she conducted more than fifty master classes in Ukraine and abroad. provided over fifty vocal yoga workshops. Maria has been teaching the baroque choir at the Nirmalarts Academy for more than seven years and is a constant participant in the Culturadellaspirit musical Festival. Every year more than thirty students from different countries gather for the baroque choir course at the Nirmal Arts Academy. Such interest in this course confirms that singing in a choir makes people happy.

Maria has given over a hundred concerts with programs of Indian, choral, electronic and jazz music.
